PPMA 2023 Show Review
When it comes to cutting-edge horizontal flow wrapping equipment, Paramount Packaging Systems Ltd is the UK and Ireland's exclusive distributor. This year, our participation at the PPMA Show in Birmingham was nothing short of memorable as we brought back two of the most sought-after innovations from Fuji.
In case you didn’t get a chance to pop by our stand, we exhibited the groundbreaking machines from Alpha 8 series: the FW3410B and the FW3710BS/B. This series, with over 25 models under its banner, have a computer-controlled system and is controlled via 6 servo motors. It has truly established itself as the pinnacle of adaptability in the industry. Particularly noteworthy was the high-speed box motion machine. Its capacity to produce an astounding 400 sealed packs in merely a minute was a testament to technological progression in packaging.
Our commitment goes beyond just machines; we also aim to boost their performance. We did this by integrating advanced infeed and buffering systems, enhancing efficiency and minimising manual work.
Although, face-to-face exhibitions have always been pivotal in our industry, this year however, embracing the digital age, Fuji introduced the Fuji Communication Plaza —a virtual reality space providing a unique look into their product suite.
